- AEDs, CPR manikins and AED trainers are non-refundable.
- Defective items will be repaired, exchanged or refunded. Please read our full policy for details.
- Non-defective items can be returned if they are in saleable condition. The return needs to be initiated within 14 days and completed within 30 days. Restocking fees apply and shipping fees are non-refundable. Please read our full policy for details.
