Common Questions

How much does shipping cost?

Orders $99+ qualify for free shipping, with the exception of specific items that are clearly identified on their respective product pages as not being eligible for free shipping.

If you order is less than $99, shipping costs will be calculated based on your address and the products you order.

How long does shipping take?

We ship out most in-stock orders within 1 business day, and transit times are calculated at checkout based on the available options for your address.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the transit time is usually the same as the cheapest paid shipping option.

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

You must contact us via our contact form.

If your order has not yet been processed by our team, we may be able to modify or cancel it.

Please note that we start processing orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery.

I would like to return products I no longer want/need.

You may request a self-serve return within 14 days of receiving your items. Please note AEDs & CPR manikins are not eligible for returns.

You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, and a 20% restocking fee may apply.

I received my order, but its content was damaged in transit.

Please send us pictures of the box and the damaged content by email at info@elitemedic.ca and our team will assist you.

Is the inventory level shown online accurate?

As much as possible. We do sometimes have slight discrepancies due to damaged items, but our inventory levels are 98%+ accurate.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit card companies, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and we accept Interac E-Transfer payments.

Net 30 accounts have to be authorized before ordering. If you would like to apply for a Net 30 account, please contact us.

How do you ship orders?

We ship orders with a variety of carriers, including UPS, Fedex, Canpar, Purolator and Canada Post, depending on your order and the shipping destination.

Orders shipped to PO boxes can only be delivered by Canada Post.

If you pay for a shipping option, we reserve the right to ship with a different carrier with the same expected transit time or better to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. If you leave a note on the order clarifying it has to be shipped with your selected carrier, we will honour it.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your order directly on the shipping partner's website.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship all our products everywhere in Canada.

We have some products available in the USA (continental states only). Visiting elitemedic.com will enable you to see the available products for your region.

Do you have the specific brand I want?

It depends. Our product pages will indicate if the product is from a specific manufacturer. That information is found above the product name. If the brand is Elite Medic, then we guarantee that the item you will receive matches the product description, but not the specific brand.

Are the product images accurate?

Sometimes. We do our best to keep our product images up-to-date with the brands we carry and the packaging from the manufacturer, but we do have a disclaimer below the product images because it is not always the case.

If you are unsure about a specific product based on the pictures, contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Can I customize your products?

It depends. If you want a custom first aid kit, yes. For other product customization, please fill out our contact form and we will let you know if we are able to assist.
